At ACT Circular we take care of your personal data with the same responsibility we apply to the materials we transform. This policy explains what information we collect through this site, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection and its Regulations.

• Quote form: full name, company (optional), email address, phone (optional) and the message with the products you are interested in.
• WhatsApp: the number and profile name you write to us with.
• Complaints book: document type and number, names and surnames, email, phone, address, guardian details when the complainant is a minor, and the description of the complaint with its attachments.

2. What we use it for

Only to answer your inquiries and quotes, handle your complaints within the legal deadline and, where applicable, coordinate orders and deliveries. We do not send advertising without your consent and we do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law.

3. How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and follow up on the order. Complaints book entries are kept for at least two years, as required by consumer protection regulations.

4. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition to the processing of your data by writing to us through the contact channels listed on this website. We will handle your request within the deadlines set by law.

5. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information: restricted access to the administration panel, forms protected against automated submissions and encrypted connections when the site is served over HTTPS.
